He personally inspected the saw to make sure it ran properly, registered the saw, and went over operation with me. It’s no wonder they are a Stihl Elite dealer. Will be coming here for all my small Stihl and small engine needs. Thanks guys! ”

They recommended i need it rebuilt. I took it here and they had it fixed the same day. not needing the parts Ace said. Now i make the long drive here for everything we need tuned up.”

“Went here to buy my first chainsaw since they’re the only Stihl dealers in town. I can’t remember the names of the man and woman who helped us but they were great. The lady who rang up the sale took care of registering the chainsaw with Stihl for me. It’s not necessary to register a product to activate the warranty in this state but it saved me the time to do it. The guy not only got the chainsaw all prepared for use, even filling it with the recommended MotoMix and then took me outside and demo’d the safe way to start it and gave me tips on the chainsaw’s safe use. All of this was superb customer service. I’ll be buying my future accessories from them. When a local business provides customer service of this high caliber AND the prices are very fair, I like to support them.”

“I just purchased a new Cub XT2 from this dealer and I was very pleased with their level of knowledge and experience with all small engine light industrial equipment. They answered all my questions with detailed knowledge of the subject (and I’m an engineer so I get a little detailed). I left feeling like I had made the right choice and found sufficient value above the volume box store models. Pen Feed also delivered it for me free of charge. Their delivery was not a third party service, but one of their seasoned mechanics who took me through all the operational and maintenance requirements in great detail to help with my long term investment. The company appears to be a long term family business, and I like to support local business. Will have to rate again when I do my 100 hour maintenance.”
